Current Developments

This project encompasses two lots located on Kendall Drive in the picturesque and lush Pinecrest area. Lot 1 is 13 sq.ft and Lot 2 is 15 sq.ft. and both overlook the Snapper Creek canal and the Dante Fascell Park. The houses are designed by Pacheco Architecture and Opus Design in a Tropical Modern Design.

These buildings are designed to be a natural defense against the harsh elements of the subtropics while maximizing the advantage of living in a warm and sunny environment. For that reason, every building component, like walls, doors, and windows, can be purposefully located. The result is a fluidity of space and light flowing in, out, and around. Soft white interiors will incorporate warm wooden tones and stone textures that will create areas that are both chic and comfortable for residents to enjoy.
